Augustin Perrin is an Associate at Sagard and joined the firm in 2020. As a member of the Sagard MidCap investment team, Augustin invests in middle market opportunities focused on transformational growth companies located in Europe and plays an active role in executing investment transactions as well as monitoring portfolio companies. He is based in Paris.
Prior to Sagard, Augustin started his career at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Analyst in Paris. There, he was involved in several M&A and capital markets transactions for French corporates and private equity funds, notably in the telco, healthcare, real estate, and business services sectors.
Augustin holds an M.Sc. in Management from HEC Paris (Programme Grande École).
