Maxime Baudry

Maxime Baudry is a Partner at Sagard and joined the firm in 2011. As a member of the Sagard MidCap investment team, Maxime invests in middle market opportunities focused on transformational growth companies located in Europe and plays an active role in originating and executing deals, as well as in tracking investment performance. Maxime originally joined Sagard as an Associate in 2011 and was promoted to Director in 2014 and Principal in 2017. He is based in Paris.

Prior to Sagard, Maxime served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in the Paris office. There, he primarily served clients in the consumer goods and telecommunications industries providing his expertise in areas of marketing and strategy. Prior to McKinsey, Maxime’s first job experience was in private equity at Goldman Sachs in London.

Maxime holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School (Grande École) and a Master in Corporate Law from Panthéon-Sorbonne University in Paris.
