Rick Stone

Rick Stone is the President and CEO of EverWest Real Estate Investors, where he directs EverWest’s business and investment strategies. He is based in Denver, CO.

Rick founded Alliance Commercial Partners in 1997, which became EverWest in 2013. He has 38 years of experience in commercial real estate, developing and acquiring over $3B of assets. Prior to EverWest, he served as Vice Chairman of The Galbreath Company.

Rick holds a B.A. in economics from Middlebury College and an M.S.I.A from Carnegie Mellon University.
