Samuel Robinson

Samuel Robinson has served as Managing Partner and President of Sagard since 2016. Samuel is a member of the Management Committee and oversees all operational aspects of Sagard. Samuel also serves as a Director of Sagard. He is based in the United States.

Prior to Sagard, Samuel spent 18 years at Goldman Sachs, serving as CAO and Head of Strategy for the global Investment Banking Division, Chief Operating Officer of the firm’s emerging markets businesses, Chief of Staff to the firm’s president and Asia-Pacific Chief of Staff.

Samuel holds a M.A. and a M.Phil. from Christ Church, Oxford, where he is a member of the Development Board.
