Our ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologists provide individually prescribed exercise programs tailored to each client’s health conditions, goals and functional capacity. We also provide Myotherapy and remedial massage services to support pain management, mobility and physical function.

We support clients managing chronic disease, recovering from injury or surgery, living with disability, or experiencing age-related decline in strength, balance and mobility.

Services include support for:
• diabetes, cardiovascular and respiratory conditions
• arthritis, osteoporosis and joint pain
• neurological conditions
• balance decline and falls risk
• chronic pain and fatigue
• post-surgical rehabilitation

Many of our clients are referred to us to improve strength, stability, mobility and confidence following illness, injury, surgery or physical decline, with a strong focus on maintaining independence and reducing falls risk.

We work collaboratively with GPs, specialists, support coordinators, carers and allied health providers to support long-term outcomes and continuity of care.

Services are available through GP Chronic Disease Management Plans (CDM/EPC), NDIS, My Aged Care, TAC, WorkSafe/WorkCover, DVA and private health insurance.

We provide clinical reporting and progress updates for referring practitioners and care teams. Home visits and telehealth services are also available.
