Cara Brooks is the Head of New Customer Acquisition at Sage, where they lead the UK new customer acquisition strategy and mentor high-performing teams. With over 25 years of experience in sales, including more than a decade in SaaS, Cara has a strong background in supporting accountants and bookkeepers in their digital transformation journeys. Previously, they served as Partner Team Manager at Xero, driving customer success and engagement across the UK. Cara is also a proud advocate for neurodiversity and inclusion in the workplace. Outside of work, they are a dedicated triathlete and a four-time Ironman finisher.
