Chris Harrison has extensive experience in cloud operations and customer support management, currently serving as the Cloud Operations Director for the Medium Segment at Sage since November 2008. In this role, Chris oversees medium segment online products and leads a team of Live Service Specialists, ensuring optimal performance and security for Sage's X3 Cloud and Sage Live global products. Chris has been instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience through innovative cloud technology solutions. Prior to this role, Chris worked as an IT Customer Support Manager and an IS Customer Support Manager at Sage UK Ltd from 2008 to 2009. Chris completed formal education at Newcastle University from 1988 to 1990.
