Doug Demick

Doug Demick has an extensive background in information technology, with significant experience as a System Administrator at JAARS, Inc. from August 1982 to October 1999, where responsibilities included supervising a team, providing help desk support, and managing system security and equipment purchases. Since February 2002, Doug has served as a Senior Desktop Engineer at Sage, overseeing various aspects of IT infrastructure such as Symantec Endpoint Protection, Windows Server Update Services, Active Directory, Citrix environments, and VMware servers. Doug has led a support team for numerous desktops and laptops across multiple locations, earned recognition for excellent customer service, and managed cloud software migrations. Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, from Wheaton College and is currently retired as of August 2023.
