Joanne Leniewski

Joanne Leniewski is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Global TA Director for Early Careers & Work Access Programmes at Sage. With a robust background in various leadership roles, Joanne has previously held positions such as Global Talent Acquisition Director, Global Talent Acquisition Manager, and Early Careers Recruitment Lead at EDF Energy. Experience also includes roles as Strategic Resourcing Consultant at EDF Energy, Recruitment Manager at GE Oil and Gas, and Account Manager at Project People, along with a foundation in recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant at REED. Joanne holds a BSc (Hons) in Management Science from the University of Southampton, earned between 2002 and 2005.
