Joash Mitei

Joash Mitei is a Customer Success Manager for Sage Intacct in the UK and Ireland since October 2018, focusing on ensuring clients achieve business goals and maximize the use of Sage solutions. Previously, Joash served as a Distribution Relationship Manager for East and West Africa, where responsibilities included managing distributor relationships and driving sales growth. Experience also includes a role as a Senior Applications Sales Engineer, providing solutions within Sage Enterprise Management and delivering technical presentations. Prior to Sage, Joash worked at Oracle as an Applications Pre-Sales Consultant, engaging with senior customers to design technological solutions, and held positions as an Associate and Graduate Pre-Sales Consultant. Earlier roles include a Field Researcher at Consumer Insight Ltd and accounts internships at Finlays. Joash holds a Bachelor of Business and Management in Management Science from Egerton University.
