Keith Maldin

Keith Maldin has extensive experience in corporate development and investment banking, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Planning at Sage since July 2014. Prior roles at Sage included Vice President of Corporate Development and Director of Corporate Development for the Americas. Prior to Sage, Keith held positions including Director of Investment Banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Vice President of Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Additional experience includes roles at ORIX Finance as Associate Director, Principal at Prometheus Partners, and Investment Banking Analyst at Banc of America Securities. Keith holds a BBA in Finance from Emory University, earned in 1999.
