Lloyd Taylor

Lloyd Taylor is currently the VP of Group Reward at Sage, where they oversee the strategic direction of compensation, executive remuneration, and M&A reward leadership. They have notable operational management experience in reward-related activities, including preparing Remuneration Committee reports and managing incentive schemes. Prior to Sage, Lloyd served as a Director at 4ourco Ltd and held various roles at Northern Rock, where they contributed significantly to the development of strategic reward policies and processes. Lloyd obtained an MA in Philosophy from Durham University, a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from Newcastle University, and a PGDip in Law from Northumbria University.
