Mark Bridge

Mark Bridge is an experienced HR Transformation practitioner currently serving as the Director of Office and Chief People Officer at Sage. Before this role, Mark worked at Deloitte in various capacities, including Management Consultant and Senior Consultant, focusing on HR Transformation. Mark previously led the Service Delivery & Continuous Improvement team at Pearson and was responsible for designing HR operations globally. Mark began their career as an English teacher after completing the Teach First Programme, achieving recognition as an Outstanding teacher and later taking on a role as an Advanced Skills Learner. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of York.
