Mark Duggan

Mark Duggan serves as the Senior People Director for North America and has held multiple senior roles within Sage since January 2017, including Senior People Director for UKIA and UK & Ireland. Prior to Sage, Mark worked at Compass Group as a Senior HR Business Partner, focusing on regional operations and resourcing. Experience at Irish Life as an HR Business Partner involved change management and organizational design during the integration of Canada Life, where Mark also worked as a Sales Recruitment Specialist and Business Development Executive. Earlier career experience includes key account management at AIB Finance & Leasing. Mark Duggan holds various qualifications, including a Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD and multiple Prince2 project management certifications.
