Melissa Waters

Melissa Waters, CMP, is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in partner marketing and event management. Currently serving as a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at Sage since July 2022, Melissa has previously held notable positions such as Event Marketing Manager for Cognite and Manager of Events & Programs at JMT Consulting Group. At JMT, responsibilities included planning a wide range of events and webinars, managing a regional marketing team, and creating outreach strategies to generate new business opportunities. Additional experience includes roles in conference services management at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa and Lakeway Resort and Spa, where Melissa excelled in overseeing event logistics and client relations. Other positions at Volusion and Dell Inc. provided a foundation in sales and customer support. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Texas A&M University.
