Melonie Hedley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management and business transformation. Currently serving as the Talent, Capability and Culture Programme Director at Sage, Melonie has also held significant roles such as Global Programme Manager for Experience & Engagement and Director at AH Management Solutions Ltd. Previously, Melonie was the Head of Business Transformation at EIC, and has accumulated experience as a Programme Manager at Utilitywise and Balfour Beatty plc, where responsibilities included portfolio management and transition project management.
