Michelle Hoon

Michelle Hoon is a Senior Customer Success Coach at Sage, specializing in Sage Business Cloud Accounting, HR, and Payroll since December 2016. In this role, Michelle supports customers throughout their journey, including sales, onboarding, and technical support, while also working closely with accountant partners to enhance efficiency and business opportunities. Prior to joining Sage, Michelle served as a Research Assistant for the President's Undergraduate Research Awards Program at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where a research project was completed on cultural, political, and literary trends in the French Overseas Departments, culminating in a conference presentation in October 2014. Michelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs and Modern Languages, with a focus on French, from the Georgia Institute of Technology, graduated in 2014.
