Phoebe Johnston

Phoebe Johnston is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in performance marketing and campaign management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Performance Marketing at Sage since October 2021, Phoebe previously held various roles at Starcom from January 2017 to September 2021, including Digital, Data & Tech Director, and Programmatic and Print Director. Phoebe's earlier career includes positions at Mindshare, covering digital display and mobile account management, and a brief stint in property coordination at Abode. Phoebe began the marketing journey at Coca-Cola Enterprises as a student ambassador and summer intern. Educated at The University of Manchester with a Bachelor's Degree in History, and with foundational education from Uppingham School and Central Newcastle High School, Phoebe has developed skills in media planning, campaign optimization, and data analytics across diverse sectors such as automotive, entertainment, travel, and retail.
