Quelen Soares is an experienced IT professional with a background in consulting and project management. Quelen began a career at Hewlett-Packard from 1998 to 2007 as an IT Consultant, focusing on the implementation of Service Desks across various sectors. Following this, Quelen worked at CPMBraxis as a Senior Processes Consultant from August 2007 to June 2012, improving projects and contributing to CMMI Level 5 re-certification.
