Rishabh Pandey

Rishabh Pandey is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and business development, currently serving as Head of Customer Success at Sage since November 2021. Prior to this role, Rishabh was Senior Manager of Customer Success at Gupshup, managing strategic enterprise accounts and mentoring team members. Rishabh also held similar responsibilities at Haptik, building the customer success function and managing key accounts. Earlier experiences include key account management at OneDirect and business development roles at Roposo and Giveter.com, both contributing to significant revenue growth. Rishabh began a career in brand management at Minority Brand Creation and Management LLP and completed internships at DDB Mudra Group and Religare Securities Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from K J Somaiya Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Institute of Management Studies, Noida.
