Ross Hold is an experienced ex-British Army Officer currently serving as the Director of Corporate Security & Resilience at Sage, leading global business continuity and crisis response initiatives. Previously, Ross held various leadership roles in the British Army, including Adjutant and Company Commander, where they managed over 160 personnel and championed organizational values.
