Scott Smith is a Senior Experience Designer at Sage, currently working on enhancing user experiences in digital platforms. Prior to this role, Scott held positions as a User Experience Designer at NHS Business Services Authority and Difrent, where they contributed to the NHS Jobs service, and as a Product Designer at hedgehog lab. Earlier in their career, Scott gained experience in customer service at Levi Strauss & Co. and Van Mildert. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Media Design from Northumbria University and a Distinction in Graphic Design from Shiney Row College.
