Suzanne Vaughan

Suzanne Vaughan is a seasoned content design professional with extensive experience in developing and managing content for business applications across various platforms, including desktop, web, and mobile at Sage since June 2008. Prior to this role, Suzanne served as a Communications/Marketing Specialist at Resolve Software Solutions Inc. in the CAD software industry and as a Senior Technical/Marketing Writer for ACD Systems of America, leading content development for their product lines. Suzanne currently pursues a Master of Library & Information Science at The University of British Columbia, complementing previous academic achievements that include a Graduate Diploma in Language Interpretation and Translation from the University of Ottawa, a Certificate in Français langue seconde from Université Laval, and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Iberian Studies from Dalhousie University.
