Vicki Bradin

Vicki Bradin is the current General Counsel and Company Secretary at Sage. Vicki has extensive experience in corporate law, having served as the VP General Counsel at Sage and the Senior Counsel at Misys previously. In their current role, Vicki is responsible for advising on all legal aspects of Sage's business, managing the company's IP portfolio, and overseeing the external legal budget. Vicki also serves on the Misys Compliance Committee.

Vicki Bradin has a degree in law from Nottingham University and a postgraduate degree in legal practice from Nottingham Law School.

Vicki Bradin reports to Steve Hare, Chief Executive Officer. Vicki Bradin works with Amanda Cusdin - Chief People Officer, Aziz Benmalek - President, North America (Interim) & EVP, Partners & Alliances, and Amy Lawson - Executive Vice President, Communications.
