Basem Hamad

Basem Hamad is a technology professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and technology leadership. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Technology and R&D at Sager since March 2021, Basem has a strong background in application security and penetration testing from a previous role at The Royal Hashemite Court. Prior experience includes working as a DevOps Engineer at Atypon, where responsibilities included Build/Deploy Automation and CI/CD Pipeline development. Recognized for achievements in competitive cybersecurity, Basem has ranked among the top performers in various CTF competitions in Jordan. Basem holds an Engineer's degree in Network Engineering and Security from Jordan University of Science and Technology, completed in 2018.
