Bill Germana

Bill Germana has a extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bill started their career in 1987 as an Account Manager at Pioneer Standard, where they worked until 1992. Bill then joined Avnet Electronics as an Electronics Distributor from 1993 to 1996. Bill worked as a General Manager at Reptron Electronics from 1996 to 1998 and at Wyle Electronics from 1997 to 1999, managing sales teams in the N. Ohio W. PA market. From 2000 to 2005, they were employed as a General Manager at Sager Electronics, where they directed a $17 million sales region and increased sales by 6% annually. At VAI Technology, Bill worked as a Sales Engineer from 2005 to 2006. Bill then joined Avnet as a District Manager, responsible for managing operations, sales, P&L and human resources of a five-state regional territory from 2006 to 2009. Bill also worked as a Sports & Golf Marketing Executive at Genesis Communications in 2010, and as a Senior Account Executive at Electro Reps from 2012 to 2014, maintaining and developing business in the Northern Ohio marketplace. Currently, they are working at Sager Electronics as a Regional Sales Manager since December 2014.

Bill Germana has a diverse education history. Bill initially pursued Business Administration and Psychology at Kent State University, although the specific start and end years are unknown. Afterward, in 1977 and 1978, they attended Cuyahoga Community College where they earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration.

In terms of additional certifications, in April 2019, Bill obtained accreditation as an Inter-scholastic Golf Coach from the AIC (Accredited Inter-scholastic Golf Coach). Additionally, in September 1980, they became a member of the PGA of America.
