Brad Keene has extensive experience in the sales and management field, with a particular focus on power and electrical systems. Brad began their career in 1982 as an Industrial Sales representative for Square D by Schneider Electric. Brad consistently exceeded sales quotas and built strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and petrochemical accounts.
In 1992, Brad transitioned to the role of Consulting Engineer Specialist, where they successfully secured exclusive purchase agreements with major clients such as Costco. Brad also gave technical presentations and drove favorable specifications with consulting engineers in the Seattle and Portland areas. From 1995 to 1997, they served as the Plant Manager for Motor Control Centers at Square D, overseeing operations and production.
In 1998, Brad moved on to Schneider Electric, where they held various leadership roles. As a Global Accounts Manager, they significantly grew the power component business with global UPS manufacturers MGE and Liebert. Brad worked closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality control departments to deliver customized power components for uninterruptable power systems. From 2006 to 2008, they were the National Accounts Manager for Critical Power, where they developed and implemented an incentive-based purchase agreement with Digital Realty Trust, resulting in $10MM in orders.
In 2008, Brad worked briefly as an Enterprise Sales Executive for redIT, where they served as a sales consultant for a new co-location data center. Brad was responsible for promoting sales and assisting in the development of the facility.
From 2009 to 2011, Brad worked as a Program Manager for Energy Solutions at Schneider Electric. Brad managed $12MM in NAVFAC projects and was responsible for profitability, forecasting, scheduling, and client interfacing.
In 2011, Brad joined General Electric as a Regional Sales Manager for Critical Power. Brad oversaw UPS and PSG sales across eight western states and successfully grew the UPS business by over 30% annually. Brad also established agreements and managed various sales channels such as UPS reps, value-added resellers, and authorized service providers.
Most recently, Brad worked at ROMAC as an Area Sales Executive from March 2017 to November 2017. Brad provided sales support for multiple product lines and contributed to business growth in the assigned region.
In December 2017, Brad joined Sager Electronics as a Power Sales Engineer, where they continue to leverage their expertise in power systems to drive sales and support the company's growth.
Brad Keene pursued their education at the University of Washington from 1977 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (BSIE). Prior to that, in 1976 to 1977, Brad briefly attended Seattle Pacific University, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
