Joel Rodger

Joel Rodger is the VP of Research and Engineering at SageRider, Inc., where they focus on the development of new products for Gas Lift. Previously, they served as Chief Operating Officer at AppSmiths, where they improved company operations and marketing strategies, and held various leadership roles at other companies, including Premier Instruments Inc. and Weatherford, where they managed significant business units and executed effective business strategies. Joel earned a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
