Adam Fields

Adam Fields, AIC, is a determined leader currently serving as the Director of Claims Operations, bringing over 14 years of experience in homeowner’s insurance property claims. Previously, Adam excelled as a Senior Field Property Loss Specialist at Safeco Insurance/Liberty Mutual, where they implemented customer service improvements and mentored new adjusters. Adam also worked as a Claims Team Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance, leading a team to enhance file quality and foster an inclusive culture. Additionally, Adam has experience in real estate as an Associate Broker since 2007 and has held coaching positions in baseball at local high schools. Adam holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from the University of Indianapolis.
