Prior to Bristlecone Partners, Don was the President of Global Sales for Marsh, the largest risk broker in the world. Before that, he served as President of Allstate B2B and the Chairman of Encompass, a one-billion-dollar subsidiary of Allstate. He carries a bachelor’s degree in economics from Allegheny College and an MBA from Eastern University.
