Previously, they held positions as a Property Claims Manager at SageSure and a Senior Claims Adjuster at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they delivered exceptional customer service and mentored new hires. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction Technology from Purdue University.
