Currently serving as the Director of Collaborations at SAGE, Jane leads efforts to enhance support systems for LGBTQ+ older adults through strategic partnerships and advocacy initiatives. Jane previously held key positions at the Transgender Emergency Fund of Massachusetts and Empath Partners in Care, focusing on innovative programs that uplift marginalized communities.
