Mitchell Zahn is an experienced professional in the fields of public health and rehabilitation services. Currently serving as the Coordinator for the South Florida Friendly Visitor Program at SAGE since April 2022, Mitchell has previously held significant roles including Area Director at the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission from June 2009 to February 2020, managing vocational rehabilitation services for individuals with disabilities. Prior experience includes serving as HIV Prevention Manager for the Oregon Department of Human Services, Executive Director at HIV Alliance, and aging services coordinator in Marin County.
