Eric Natinsky

Eric Natinsky has over 20 years of work experience. Eric started their career in 1992 as the CEO of SAGE/Quick Technologies, a leading provider of business services for the promotional products industry. At SAGE, they led the company in providing research services, mobile solutions, e-commerce platforms, and more for the industry.

In 2000, Natinsky became an attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati. Eric worked in the technology transactions group, specializing in technology licensing deals, patent strategy, open source compliance, and IP counseling. Eric also played a key role in M&A deals, drafting and negotiating various agreements such as customer agreements, partner agreements, and distribution agreements. In 2006, they became the lead attorney for the group in Austin, a position they held until 2010.

Eric Natinsky completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing and Management at Washington University in St. Louis from 1992 to 1996.
