Saggaf Eye Center is recognized as the second specialized center in ophthalmology and same-day surgery in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the first of its kind in the western region. Established in 1412 AH, the center was founded by Dr. Ali Mohsen Alsaggaf, who brought extensive expertise gained from years of study and practice in the United Kingdom and his tenure at King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital.

Dr. Alsaggaf has visited leading international ophthalmology and eye surgery centers and participated in the American Association of Same-Day Eye Surgery Centers, enriching the center with global insights and standards.
