Caleen Picart, BSN, USRN, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Clinical Practice at Sagility, overseeing Clinical Prior Authorization, Nurse Triage Line, and Case Management Support operations for a major US health insurer. With over a decade of experience in leadership, training, and operations management—including five years in the BPO/KPO sector—Caleen is passionate about people empowerment and achieving goals. Notably, they developed a high-performance training program for a leading US health insurance company and are a Six Sigma Yellow-belt trained practitioner. Previously, Caleen held various roles at organizations such as HGS and PIPCDC, where they made significant contributions to clinical training and educational development.
