Dan Bailey

Dan Bailey serves as the Executive Vice President and Global General Counsel for Sagility since January 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Vice President and General Counsel for HGS North America, where responsibilities encompassed legal and compliance matters within the organization. Dan has held prominent legal positions at AxisPoint Health, MedStar Health, and Ivinson Memorial Hospital, displaying expertise in healthcare law, compliance, and corporate governance. Prior to these roles, Dan led Lubnau & Bailey, PC as President, managing a team of attorneys in various legal matters. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Washburn University School of Law and a Certificate in Bioethics and Health Policy from Loyola University Chicago.
