Jocelyn Cabalida

Jocelyn Cabalida is the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Sagility, a position held since 2025. With 15 years of experience in Health Care BPO Operations Management and Business Development, they have also acquired extensive experience in Global Transportation and Manufacturing. Previously, Jocelyn served as Director and Senior Director of Clinical Operations at United Health Group Optum Global Solutions from 2011 to 2025. They hold two Bachelor's degrees in Computer Engineering and Customs Administration, along with a leadership program certification from the Indian School of Business.
