Jonabelle Legaspi, CLDP® LSSGB, currently serves as a Senior Manager of Enablement at Sagility since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Global Training and Quality Manager at Birdeye and Global Enablement Leader for Customer Success and CX at RingCentral, where Jonabelle led programs to enhance onboarding efficiency and customer experience performance. Previously, Jonabelle worked as a Corporate Communications Specialist and Lead Trainer at Afni, Inc., focusing on communication strategies and training delivery. Jonabelle's career began at Aegis PeopleSupport Philippines Inc. in leadership and training roles. Jonabelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Developmental and Child Psychology and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology at the University of the Philippines.
