Pratheesh N is a seasoned training professional with over 18 years of experience in Training & Development within the ITES/BPO sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Training at Sagility, Pratheesh specializes in training delivery, content management, and client relationship management, while also leading teams and creating training frameworks. Previously, Pratheesh held significant roles at companies such as WNS, Genpact, and The Minacs Group, managing large accounts and delivering customized training programs across multiple regions. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bharathiar University.
