Ryann de Silva

Ryann De Silva is currently serving as a Training Program Manager at Sagility since August 2023. Prior to this role, Ryann spent over eight years at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, progressing from a Service Associate to a Training Supervisor and ultimately to a Product Trainer, where responsibilities included managing the Product Training Team and collaborating with both quality and operations teams to implement effective training solutions. Ryann also worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Batangas from June 2006 to November 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Arts in Nursing from Golden Gate College, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Batangas State University.
