Siby Joy has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in strategic account management and client success. Siby has held executive positions at Sagility, where they served as the Executive Vice President Strategic Accounts, and HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, where they were the SVP Global Account Management & Solutions. Siby has also worked as a Project Leader at Deloitte & Touche and as a Manager at ITC Hotels. Their expertise includes process optimization, market penetration, and product management. Siby is known for their ability to develop customized process augmentation strategies using domain knowledge, technology automation, and analytical modeling.

Siby Joy attended the Indian Community School from 1990 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Hotel Management. Siby then attended the Bangalore University from 1992 to 1995, where they also pursued a degree in Hotel Management. In 2007, Siby Joy enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore for the EGMP program in Management, which they completed in 2008.
