Srashti Tyagi

Srashti Tyagi has a solid background in human resources, having worked as a Human Resources Associate at Addnode India from July 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, exit interviews, and employee engagement, notably increasing employee satisfaction by 15% through strategic initiatives. Prior experience at Blitz Jobs included similar HR functionalities, and Srashti interned with the People Team at LEAD School in mid-2024, where collaboration with stakeholders focused on job descriptions and recruitment processes using HRIS systems. Currently serving as a Management Trainee HRBP at Sagility since June 2025, Srashti is also pursuing a PGDM in Human Resources Management at Goa Institute of Management after completing an MCom in Business Administration and Management from R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics.
