Sudip Datta

Sudip Datta has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2000 as a Shift Leader at C-Cubed Solutions. Sudip then joined Manipal infocom as a Manager. Sudip worked as a Sr Manager Ops at NIRVANA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS and later became a General Manager Operations at Serco. In 2015, Sudip joined IKS Health as a Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Sagility.

Sudip Datta completed their education in a chronological order. Sudip started in 1993 at the University of Calcutta, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. In 1995, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from Bangalore University, which they completed in 1999. Later, in 2008-2009, Sudip obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University. In 2016-2018, they enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta Executive Program, focusing on Human Resources Management and Services. Sudip also holds a Black belt in six sigma from Anexas.
