Udayan M has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Udayan is currently the SVP & Head India Healthcare Payer Operations at Sagility (formerly HGS Healthcare), starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the SVP & Head Healthcare Payer Operations at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions from September 2020 to September 2022. Other notable positions include Assistant Vice President at Cognizant from March 2018 to June 2020, COO at Access Healthcare Services from August 2016 to November 2017, and Senior Vice President Operations at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions from April 2015 to July 2016. Udayan M also held positions at RR Donnelley, Fidelity Investments, IBM Global Services India Pvt. Ltd, HTMT, and Family Health plan limited.

Udayan M holds an MBA degree in Strategy and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, which was obtained in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their BSc in Mathematics from the University of Calicut between 1988 and 1991. Furthermore, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained their AISSE degree.
