Yonick Douglas

Yonick Douglas has a diverse background in IT infrastructure and network engineering. Yonick started their career at Claro as a Wireless Network Engineer in 2011. From 2012 to 2016, they worked for Jamaica Broilers Group Limited as an Infrastructure Engineer and Network Administrator. In 2016, Yonick joined Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd as a Senior Network Engineer, where they were responsible for network operations across North America. Recently, they held the position of Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure at Sagility in 2022. Currently, Yonick holds the role of Associate Director - IT Infrastructure at Sagility starting in 2023.

Yonick Douglas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Data Communication, Network Administration, and Computer Security from the University of Technology, Jamaica from 2006 to 2010. Yonick also obtained an Associate's degree in Modular Computer Studies from the same university from 2006 to 2008. In addition, they obtained certifications such as the Cisco Certified Networking Associate and Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician from Cisco in 2011 and 2012 respectively.
