Riann Smith

Riann Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2005, Riann worked as an Account Manager at Cloud Computing Centre, where they were responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2008, Riann joined Concept Integrated Systems as a Project Manager, overseeing projects of various scales and managing multiple stakeholders. After working there for four years, Riann moved on to BT Fresca in 2012, where they continued their role as a Project Manager, managing full-scale projects and coordinating teams. In 2013, Riann decided to become self-employed to have more control over their schedule while juggling responsibilities as a stay-at-home parent. They operated as a freelancing Content Strategist and Marketing Project Coordinator, providing strategic advice and management of web content. Lastly, in 2022, Riann joined Sagittarius as a Project Manager.

Riann Smith completed various educational pursuits throughout their career. In 1994, they attended Tolworth Girls' School, where they earned their GCSEs. From 1999 to 2001, Riann attended Kingston College, focusing on A Levels. Later on, from 2001 to 2004, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Winchester. In 2009, Riann obtained a Prince2 certification as a Practitioner. Continuing their educational journey, they attended Scrum.org and completed the Scrum Master program, obtaining the degree of Scrum Master in 2022. Riann also acquired additional certifications including "How to Fix Bad Agile" from LinkedIn in August 2022 and "Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I)" from Scrum.org in February 2022.
