Sagitto sells a very small hand-held NIR spectrometer that is ideal for in-field testing. We often refer to this as a 'lab in the hand', because in spite of its size we are able to get amazingly accurate results from this small spectrometer. Some of our customers also use bench-top NIR or FT-NIR instruments supplied by companies such as PerkinElmer or Bruker. In those cases, our role is to help them get the most from their investments in these laboratory instruments. 

Traditionally NIR or FT-NIR calibration models have required the employment of a specialist 'chemometrician' with rare and expensive technical skills. Sagitto removes this dependency by providing accurate calibration models as part of our Data Science As A Service.
