Taylor O'Brien

Taylor O'Brien is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in qualitative research and operations management. Currently, Taylor serves as Vice President of North America Qualitative Operations at Sago, a position held since April 2021, after progressing from the role of Senior Director in Training & Development. Prior experience includes roles at Schlesinger Group as Operations Manager, SmartRevenue as Project Manager and Project Field Manager, and Mystery Researchers as Senior Project Director. Taylor's career began at MedQuery Inc, where multiple positions including Director of Operations and Director of Recruiting were held. Taylor's academic foundation includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a minor in Industrial Organizational Psychology from DePaul University.
