Dionys Forster

Dionys Forster is currently the Director General of SAI Platform, driving initiatives in regenerative agriculture to enhance discussions surrounding climate, nature, and livelihoods. With profound knowledge in agri-food value chain management, they have previously held roles such as Program Leader for Agricultural Research for Development at the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture and Sourcing Specialist at Nestlé. Dionys has also contributed as a Junior Advisor in agriculture at Caritas Schweiz and HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation. Their educational background includes a Federal vocational baccalaureate, a Carpenter Diploma, and a degree in Agricultural Engineering, alongside a PhD in Agricultural Sciences from Universität Rostock.
